CCI will head to North West Nebraska this winter for some deep sewer in Valentine, NE.
The 2025 Interceptor Sewer project has been a long time coming for the City of Valentine. The main goal of the project is to eliminate existing lift stations and upsize the main sewer collection line in order to foster and facilitate growth in the community. This project will also require the abandonment of existing lift stations, some water and utility relocations, and a fair bit of trenchless pipe installation.
With cuts reaching 35 feet or more in sandy soils while maintaining grade within a tight easement, the Interceptor Sewer project is sure to challenge CCI crews and equipment. CCI will be sending one of our 395 Cat excavators, along with substantial trench boxes and shoring equipment, to town in order to reach depths and quickly create safe working conditions for our crews.
