Included a 2550’ Bore in the Missouri river to install a 8” water discharge diffuser. Install included deep water diving and anchoring the diffusion pipe to floor of the river. Also includes installation of 15 miles of 10” thru 8” PVC pipe from the existing water treatment plant.
