The City of Flandreau, SD has awarded an in town sewer project to Carstensen Contracting. This project promises to be quite challenging with deep sewer lines in an enclosed area, with numerous utility crossings and possible groundwater. Within a quick drive of the office, this project allows CCI to have tight control of the construction process and minimize mobilization and travel expenses.
